GN as a booster

I thought I'd read here that you could use latch with the GN as a booster. I decided to read what the manual had to say about it today. It states firmly not to use lower anchors or top tether. :( Wonder where I got that idea.

Graco has since updated that it is perfectly safe to use LATCH as a booster and has been threatening a public update for quite a while now.

I believe Graco has waffled about this, telling some yes and some no, telling others it depended on which version of the manual they had, i believe the last word was that you could but i am sure someone will know definitively
