infant seats fit on the safe seat? I know its probably bigger. I wanna get one for dd to finish out the winter. I am searching every where for a good deal, so if you know of any PLEASE let me know. Anyway, do those covers fit over the safe seat?

I haven't actually tried one, but I think they probably would. Most brands are pretty roomy on the SnugRide, which makes me think that there is a good chance they would fit on the SS1. But, I haven't tried one, so I can't say for sure.

there are some brands that say they can be used with the SS1, but I cant remember off the top of my head.

It is a very tight fit but it does. My friend in New Mexico is using one I sent her. She said it took some working to get it over but it is on and not going anywhere.

I had the Goldbug cover and it just barely fit on my Snugride 2,
also on mine the flap for the hole was sewn to the cover

.
I bought another brand called CosyFit and it fits my SS1 very well
(tiny bit snug but it stays on) plus it has 2 zippers instead of one, an actual
flap, and it was only $14 CDN.

Yes they fit, it is a tighter fit than on the snugride but it works. I used one on mine untill Colton learned to kick it off(he can't stand being covered), so its now in the closet waiting to be sold,lol!!!

Thanks guys! I was actually talking about a deal on the SS1. I figured I would just grab the cover at Walmart. So anybody know of any deals on the SS1 anywhere?
