Can I still use this seat or not?

So I discovered yesterday my kids have pulled out the EFS foam around the headrest in the Britax Parkway seat we have. Is this still usable or should I junk it? The seat's about 4 yrs old.

Don't junk it. Did they pull out all the foam? If so, you may want to use a different seat while waiting for the new foam to arrive. Call Britax and ask them what they recommend. 1-888-4-BRITAX (You'll have to call tomorrow, as they're already closed for today.)
