Going out today - the temp was -15C (5F) with a significant wind chill factor.
Step 1 :
Bear is in a diaper, sleeper, fleece bag, and mitts.
Step 2 :
Add a wool hat and an elastic over-the-seat cover.
He was toasty warm the whole time.
BTW - he is 8 weeks, 2 days old in the photos.

He's so cuddly looking as usual. I can't believe how close to the top of the seat he looks already!
