Graco Snugride 32/35 Question

Apparently, I have been living in a hole. When did the Graco Snugride 32 become the Snugride 35? Is this a whole different seat or did they just re-rate the Snugride 32 to the higher weight?

Six months ago, maybe? Don't trust me, I'm on my own little planet over here. As far as I know, it's the same seat retested at a higher weight.

Yep the same seat just retested. From what I hear the covers are nicer than the SR32.

Does this mean the Snugride 32 is discontinued?

Yeah, it's been/being phased out.

The 35 covers are a dream compared to the 32s. I know it cost more, but I'm so glad my mom bought me my Flint. It's gorgeous, and most of the other patterns are good too. I could only find one 32 pattern that I would even consider buying.

As far as I understand it's the same seat, and Safeseats and 32s can use the 35 base, but not the other way around. At least that's how I understood it when the Graco rep explained it to me. It also fits in the stroller and swing frames.

They've only been out about 2 months at BRU, the 'Racer' model has the most awesome infant insert!
Only one travel system has the 35 so far.
