Help Me figure out seats

Okay. I have 2 boys and a lot of seats. New baby due in August so, of course, my first priority is seats! We will have to do a 3 across in both vehicles. I drive a 2005 Highlander and dh has a 2009 Murano. Current stats for the boys are in my siggy.

The seats I own are:
4 Graco Nautilus
1 Chase (that no one fits in and I'll probably sell)
1 Large RSTV
1 Turbo HBB
1 MA
1 Radian 65 (33lb RF limit)

For the new baby, I can use the Radian and ??? We like having seats in each car. I do have a Graco stroller that would hold a graco seat, but don't know if I want to go that route. I might be able to possibly borrow a KF 30 for a couple months from a very trusted source. I also thought about a Coccoro...

What to do? A is almost outgrown the GN by height (he has centimeters left in my car with the harness) but it does fit him well as a booster and I like that it can be latched.

I would rather not put A & C next to each other because the fighting is unbearable so I'm looking at the RF seat in the middle.

Throw out your suggestions of who should ride in what and where! I am willing to purchase at least 2 new seats...and can probably be talked into more  although I would rather be cheap(er).
