Took a train trip today and saw lots of carseat use! Not on the train but saw one parent carrying the bottom part of the Nautilus with a girl that was about 5 or 6. Not best practice but great that they brought something! A father was carrying an infant in a carrier with the base attached. Seemed easy enough and at least it seems they're planning on using the seat correctly. And, finally, while waiting in the station there was a mother and daughter, probably around 7. Mom had a large plastic garbage bag. Someone came to meet them and asked what was in the bag. The child said, "My carseat of course!" She was like, duh. Of course we had to bring my seat. What were you thinking? I couldn't see but judging from the shape of the bag it was at least a high back booster. Just wanted to share some good stories since we hear so many sad ones
