Question refunds from elitecarseats.com

i was wondering if anyone has experience with returning things to elitlecarseats.com and how long it took for your credit card to get refunded?

I can't recall how long the refund took, but I've done a return with them with no problems. I think I may actually have done one years ago as well, so twice. I think I recall their website saying my refund would be on my next statement.

i called and the lady said it can take up to 3 weeks! that's alot of time isn't it?

Not really. That is pretty standard for a CC refund. It mostly depends on the CC company not the retailer.

i've made one return with them. i don't recall how long it took to be refunded but it was a smooth transaction

ok, i wonder if i call bank of america if they'd know.

i'm at my limit so i kind of NEED that money

.... i hate being broke....

Hi there,

I am a Project Manager at EliteCarSeats.com and I spoke with a couple of gentlemen yesterday at our company who help process refunds. They confirmed that it mainly depends on the credit card company however, it normally takes 1 - 3 business days for the refund to show up. It can take up to 5 business days in some cases if it's an International credit card.
