My Blvd. fit fine in the 2009 Fusion rental that I just had for three days. I feel like maybe there was center LATCH but I don't remember for certain.

I have a 2010 Ford Fusion, so maybe I can help you out! I am not too familiar with the Marathon, but from what I have picked up on from this site, it has a shorter shell compared to some of the otehr convertibles on the market? If that is the case you will have ZERO problem fitting that into the car! We have been using an EFTA for the past few days in my car, and it fits beautifully behing the passenger seat. However, my car does not appear to have center latches, so that would probably not be an option. I have not looked up in the car manual whether the inner outboard Latches could be used for a center seat, but I am thinking no, so a seat belt install might be in her future... that is what I am planning on doing once I pick out a new seat, which is taking much longer than I initially expected! I tried fitting a TF and XTSL in my car... The TF was not a great fit, but the XTSL probably would have fit in the center position if my DH wasn't so tall and need the front seats pushed back alot. I just thought I would throw that in there for future reference! HTH!

I had my Boulevard (a Marathon with head wings) installed in a 2007 Lincoln MKZ (Lincolns upgrade of the Fusion) - and it fit fine. I will say that the rear seat does have a bit of a hump in the center seating position, so the center install was not acceptable to me as the car seat itself would not sit evenly. It installed nice and snug outboard though with minimal forward movement of the front passenger seat.

My brother and sister in law have a Fusion they have had a RF and FF Marathon that fit beautifully. My Roundabout fit great. And they also have a Keyfit 22 that is a great fit.

Thank you very much for the great advice! I will be giving her a marathon and no she won't use it for newborn. I hope to get her a keyfit for the newborn stage.
