Question Boulevard latch belt slipping on bar

I installed my new Boulevard using LATCH. Following the instructions the LATCH straps are between the arrows on the label. However, after pulling both sides tight I give one more pull and the right side belt slips up the bar and isn't aligned again. I reinstalled the seat and the same thing happened again. I reinstalled for a third time and it stayed but I'm concerned it will move if an accident occurs. Can anyone shed some light on this? Would I be better off using the shoulder/lap belt combo instead? Thank you so much.

I wouldn't worry about getting it exact. Just near there.

What car are you putting it in, and in what position?

I think the arrows are more of a guide, as opposed to an absolute position. The exact location of the straps on the bar will depend on the recline angle of the install and the configuration of your vehicle seat and LATCH anchors.

The arrows are a guide, not an exact position. Go ahead and tighten it to the correct tautness. The Boulevard installs nicely in the 05 freestar with LATCH.
