Today driving around the city it seemed like every time I looked to the side or in the rearview mirrror there were improperly restrained kids. I saw the good old shoulder belt behind the belt, the 2 inches of hair visible above the dashboard, etc. I just wanted to get out of my truck, rap on these peoples windows and give them a piece of my mind. yeesh. I should just stick to people I know, they're easier to talk to (sometimes).

This what i dont understand why give people the chance to miss use a seat, Make it so its clear and it can only be done one way.

It like the law that says your child must be in a child seat so they throw a 3 yr old in a booster seat with no back..

Why not just make two seats i know it sounds boring infant to toddler - Toddler to Youth...
