I posted in the medical forum that I changed pediatricians 6 months ago and picked this one because my friend liked her and she told her to keep her daughter rear-facing until 2.
Elizabeth turned 3 in Aug, is 38.6 lbs and 38 inches and the nursed asked "does she always use a booster seat in the car?" I told her no she is actually in a harness and still rear-facing, and that MO law actually says kids under 4 can not use a booster seat. She said "oh and meant booster or car seat." They didn't ask about Benjamin at all. I don't know if they didn't ask because I already told them I was a tech or they don't ask what 6 year olds are riding in.
I really hope parents aren't leaving there thinking it is okay to put 3 year olds in booster seats.
