I thought so... I just hope no one actually buys it thinking it is a real booster car seat. But I still wonder why on earth they would put "side impact protection" on it...weird

I think the side impact protection refers to the storage area lol. Look at the other picture, it's like a whole little travel bag with a booster seat folded into it. I'm sure the side impact protection is to keep the "goodies" safe. You know, snacks and stuff.

At first I was like  What?! Yeah, probably just in the wrong section. :)

Wow I hope they move that it would not surprise me if some one did buy it and use it in a car after all people buy the phone book booster and think it's for cars.

Did anyone contact Target about it? I don't want to do it if someone else already has. That is, until they've been given adequate time to fix it, and have shown that they need nagging.

How/Who would you contact for it? Would you just call the main company line or whatever and explain it? Ask to speak to someone else?

I think the fact that the sip info is in the safety and security section will really mislead people that this is like the eddie bauer folding seat harness thing.

I had a friend when I lived in Queens who used a table booster seat for her child in the car.. I mentioned it but she told me she really couldn't see the difference and decided it was fine. She actually thought she was clever for using it and was like "look Its a table booster but I use it in the car!":(

On the phone with them now... waiting for them to get someone who works with the website.

I emailed them about it and got this back in return...

Thanks for letting us know about Munchkin Travel Booster Seat-Green. I'll make sure that we get it taken care of as quickly as we can.

so they definitely know. Hopefully they will take care of it soon.

The side impact thing has to just be a description left over from another product. Weird.
