What harness height is you dc on? and how old & tall are they?

I just had to move ds harness up, he only has 1 slot left  he is 2 years 11 months & 105 cm tall (41 inches).

So I'm curious, I think he'll make it to 4, but I cant see him making it to 5 unless his torso growth slows considerably.

Our little girl is on the lowest setting so not much help to you I'm afraid (very little 13 month old).

Our plan is to go rear facing to 4-5 with the harness and then turn forward facing and at 18 kg change to the seat belt. My understanding is that Swedish research suggests that at that weight a standard diagonal seat belt is better than a harness in forward facing mode as it allows the whole body to absorb the impact rather than just the neck. This is just my memory of when I was looking into it though to I may be wrong. Adventuredad may be a better source of onfo on this thought. Cheers

Thats our plan, at this rate we'll make it to 4, then see how he does in a booster :)

We recommend harness being at or above shoulders for Swedish seats but in reality this has no effect on safety. Car seat can be used with harness below shoulders as long as tip of ears, or eye level, is not above top of seat shell. Most kids can sit RF to around 125 cm (49 inches) in Multi Tech.

My son is turing 6 in February and normally sits FF in a Britax Kid Plus but occasionally rides in a MT. He's 120 cm (47 inches) tall and still has room to grow.
