Free Prime membership to Amazon reminder.

It is getting close to a month since the free Prime membership trial was posted. I just wanted to remind anyone who signed up for one month to disable the "automatic upgrade" option if you don't want to pay for the membership.

I also wanted to add that the free trial made my Christmas shopping SO easy. It was a lifesaver!

Mine's good until early January (I started late). I haven't yet used it much, but we're getting down to the wire here... I ordered the lightning deal automoblox, and yesterday DD2 said what she really wants for xmas is a picture books with ALL the Disney characters. She objects to it having very many words, but I'm hoping that [ame=http://www.amazon.com/Disney-Junior-Encyclopedia-Animated-Characters/dp/1423116704/]this one[/ame] will do anyway and yay for having Amazon Prime.

Thanks for the reminder to turn off automatic upgrade! I've done that.

Prime is good for an entire household, so if your spouse is registered separately, it might automatically add him/her to your account (it did that for me), and if it doesn't, you can do it manually!

To opt out of the auto renew, click on:
Your Account --> Manage Prime Membership --> Do Not Upgrade

To add someone else to your membership, go the the Manage Prime Membership page, and "Invite a household member."
