This is perhaps out of place for the forum but I couldn't think of the best place to put it.
I once again had an excellent Customer Service experience with Graco and I think when a company goes above and beyond what they are required they should get a little positive feedback
I bought the Edgemont Dots MR65 when it first hit the walmart.com website, and as you know all know the first round of covers were terrible, didn't stay on the seat worth beans. By the time the Alma became available, they'd redesigned the cover.
I called the other day after an aggravating day of pushing the cover back on the sides. In less than one minute on the phone, I'd described the problem and the representative agreed to replace it free of charge. She ordered a Bartlett cover for me and told me 7-10 business days for shipping.
It was on my doorstep 72 hours later A brand new Bartlett cover, with the double slotted insert, and all the fixins'.
