I still haven't heard back. But I'm now just glad I got my infant insert!

I wonder what prints you all got? I got carnival and I had the insert. I wonder if it matters?

You may want to try contacting Beco directly. They may send you an infant insert etc. if you explain what happened and include a proof of purchase. They sometimes take a few days to e-mail you back, but I had a good experience with them. :thumbsup:

Thanks! I'll try that if mamabargains doesn't get back to me soon. I'm in no rush for the insert really since DS is 11 months...but still lol. Can I just add that we went to the zoo today and I :love: :love: :love: my beco. Oh and I got the all black one...whichever that one is.

I got the carnival print and no infant insert, dvd or booklet. I called but still haven't gotten a call or email back. I'll try calling beco I suppose when I get back home.

I actually did have the infant insert, just didn't notice it at first:eek: I got a response from mamabargains 3 days after e-mailing them. I think I emailed them on a Saturday and they responded on Monday, I emailed them on the 19th. Here's what their response was:

Hey Sara,

We are so sorry for the inconvenience. We have contacted the vendor and hope to have the DVD and manual sent out soon. Until then, here is a link to watch the video online and download the manual!

hmm I didn't get a response and it's been a week. I didn't get the infant insert at all :( The manual and DVD don't bother me as much because I know how it works.

How did you e-mail them? I just went to their "contact us" tab on the mamabargains.com website and filled out their little form. If you'd like I could let you borrow my infant insert. I don't really need mine since it can only be used to 15lbs and DS is way past that. It's pretty tiny so I can't imagine shipping being much. You can just send it back when you're done, or until you get yours :)

yeah, I called them right after I got mine, about a week ago. They said they would contact beco for me and send an email out right away about the response. I haven't heard back. I haven't called them or emailed them again b/c 1. I'm only missing the DVD and booklet and 2. It's a holiday week and that may slow down beco and mamabargains. I would def call back monday if I was missing the infant insert though!

I'm going to call back on monday. I did the above to contact them as well as calling. But haven't gotten any response. :( Savannah has lost a little weight (she's been sick the last 2 weeks) and is hovering around 13-13.5lbs. She rides in the ergo without an insert, do you think she'd need it? I haven't gotten to play with her in the beco yet so I don't know how she fits.

Ok I called beco directly this morning (just got off the phone with them). They are shipping out all missing pieces at no charge, and will be calling mamabargins to see if there is a mixup somewhere along the line. I know personally I have now put in 3 calls and 2 emails to mamabargins and have gotten no response. That irritates me a little considering they say on their voicemail that they'll get back to you within one business day.

I don't think she'd need it, but I'm not really sure. It just helps boost them up a little bit and honestly doesn't seem like it would make that big of a difference unless you were using for a newborn, since they would most likely be sitting froggy style and would need the extra boost. Try it without and let me know how the fit is. Also, let us know what they say when you call them.

ETA: Sorry didn't see your post. That's good that beco is replacing everything and really weird that mamabargains hasn't got back to you, since they e-mailed me right back the next business day...strange. Maybe they're really busy with the holidays and all???
