Seriously, changing the covers on the Monterey is the biggest PITA EVER....

I didn't check the clock to see when I started but if I had to guess I would say it took over a half hour to get the red cover off and my new black cover on.

It took me over 30 minutes just to remove the cover on my rear-ended Monterey (the ins. co. let me keep the cover as a spare). What a PITA. I can't imagine putting one back on.

BTW, you might want to wash that 2nd cover and keep it ready for your spare. The Monterey cover took nearly 3 days to dry in my very warm laundry room! I'm used to Britax covers that dry overnight.

I think the Boulevard is hard to change too!! It took me about an hour to change the cover and the harness set.

I must be the only one who doesn't take that long to get the cover off or on... but in fairness, I do remember it taking awhile the first time I did it (I've done it 3 times now... 1st was just to see how it came off and on... the other two were for washings... not as much needed as wanted... I was taking the cover off the Nauti at the time and decided to detail both at the same time.

I honestly think the Nauti is just as bad... once you get the hang of the Monterey.

The Radian is my least favorite... all those snaps.

i thought the monterey was difficult no doubt. i had to use a butter knife to get those silly snaps off. i've only done it once i think when it needed a washing. i really appreciate the ease of use with britax covers
