This came across the CPSP list:
The SHUTTLE 33 offers the Tru-Safe® Anti-Rebound Bar—an important safety feature that improves the overall performance of the seat by minimizing its rotation against the vehicle seat back in a frontal crash. Also, Tru-Safe® Side Impact Protection—the deeply sculpted side wings and the engineered plastic called Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) laced throughout the seat—designed to provide the greatest level of overall protection, especially in the head area.

Convenience features include a one-pull harness adjustment and the EZ Harness™ Height Adjustment System—a turn of a knob changes the height adjustment of the shoulder straps. The breathable mesh fabric is removable and washable. And weighing just 9¼ pounds, without the base, makes the SHUTTLE 33 easy to carry. The seat base has an easy to read level indicator and wide belt paths for easier installation.

The SHUTTLE 33 will be available in Dec. 2009 in a variety of colors and will retail for $179.99. Additional bases for multi-vehicle installation retail for $69.99. Tru-Safe® and EZ Harness™ are trademarks of Combi USA, Inc.

Stroller and car seat manufacturer Combi USA, is set to launch the Coccoro Flash, a lightweight, compact and portable stroller frame.

Combi’s goal is to provide parents with products that are lightweight, compact and portable. The Coccoro convertible car seat was designed to provide a solution to families with multiple children and smaller vehicles. As a result of the compact design, families can fit three Coccoro convertible car seats in their smaller vehicles. The Coccoro Flash has been designed to provide these families with a travel system option. The Coccoro convertible can be easily attached or detached to the Coccoro Flash. The Coccoro Flash is approved for use with the convertible rear facing, for infants weighing 5 to 33 pounds.

Combi strollers, including the Coccoro Flash, feature the patented 3-Second Fold®, allowing for a quick and compact fold in just three seconds. A storage basket, carrying strap and a light weight of 10¼ pounds make the Coccoro Flash convenient for use when traveling.

The Coccoro Flash will be available in Dec. 2009 and retail at $79.99. It is not recommended for use with other manufacturer’s car seats. The Coccoro convertible car seat has a retail price of $199.99. Travel bags designed to
fit the Coccoro convertible car seat and Combi single strollers sell separately for $19.99. 3-Second Fold® is a registered trademark of Combi USA, Inc.

The Flash isn't new, just the Coccoro compatible one. There's a video of it from ABC on carseatblog.com.

I played with the Shuttle 33 at a conference this fall. I liked it quite a bit. They changed the quirky things about the previous model.

here are my notes on it -

Shuttle 33
-was supposed to be in BRU beginning of October
-4 lb lower limit
-1" rule is for top of headrest (which goes above top of shell by several inches)
-sliding harness has 16 positions (8 clicks with two slots)
-full EPS lining
-smaller chest clip
-increased spring strength and reinforced carrier to prevent flying off the base
-the base is really similar to the Keyfit base
-has same style lock-off, push on LATCH connectors, LATCH storage compartment and center pull LATCH tightening, but only have to push one button for recline foot (don't know how to describe those, but if you know the KF base, you know what I mean).
-has two lines in the recline bubble, one for up to 22 lbs and one for up to 33
-adjustable recline foot has 4 positions
-base must be used with base 22-33 lbs
-got rid of integrated locking clip (obviously, with keyfit style lock-off)

They have some cute prints, but on the inside of the canopy
Little harder to see them there, but still cute.

I love combi infant seats... I just wish they were less expensive... though for a 33lb limit seat, the price becomes less daunting.... pretty much right on line with the Snugride 32/35 and all that.

Does this have a taller back height that before? The old one says 30 in. tall and this one says 33 in. Also does this have lots of padding/foam all the way down the sides of the seat and under the butt?
