I'm playing with my brand new Radian XTSL tonight and I can't figure out how to adjust the wings. Is there some trick to it? I read the instructions and they didn't seem too clear on that point.

Ok, that was so easy. I don't understand why I was having problems before.

But seriously, what is with the harness plate in the back, it is very hard to get the harness straps back in there once you adjust them. I just wrestled with that for 10 minutes.

They get easier as you put them on/off more. They start out very stiff. Also you learn just the right wiggle of the wrist.
