Turn Her Back Around?

So DH got in some trouble and brought home a Car Seat. I think trying to get on my good side. :ROTFLMAO:

I am not sure if I want to keep it or not. Ava is 4 years-old (on Sunday) and 30lbs on my scale (was 35lbs on the DRs scale once). Would you turn her RFing again? She has been FFing for a few months now. How long do you think she has? I haven't installed it yet.

Thanks!

I would! But I'm in love with the MR rf'ing. Seriously it looks sooo comfy. DS wants to ride rf'ing in it so bad, but he's about an inch too tall and 1 lb too heavy. :(

ETA: I would say probably a year left. Unless she has a massive growth spurt. 6 months definitely though.

What a great hubby ;)

Does she want to be RF? Looks like she has 2-3 inches of growing room. Maybe even more once it's installed. I'd say go for it if she wants to :thumbsup:

I don't know if you should turn her back around or not but I sure do wish my DH would bring home car seats for me when he gets into trouble. You better hold onto that man.:p

Oh yeah she loves it! It does look super cozy. She won't be thrilled about RFing again most likely but I think we'll try it for a few days and see how we feel.

If my DH brought home car seats after he got into trouble, my house would look like the BRU aisle!!

ETA: Gosh, your kiddos sure are gorgeous!

You may be surprised. I had DD2 FF for a few months when she got close to 33 pounds. She was so happy to be "forwards". But when the Radians increased to 40 pounds I turned her back and then she was thrilled to be backwards. DD1 actually had a meltdown because she wanted to be backwards too. :rolleyes:

I really want a Flora XT :love::love::love:

I'd turn her if she wanted to. But, she's also at the age that I would consider the child's preference.

Too bad DH doesn't bring home seats for me! Though I really wouldn't trust him to.

I'd at least try her RF for a week or so and see how she adjusts. My DD is 4Y1M and loves :love: the MR for RF. (Sadly, no room for it in a 3-across in our Focus/Escort, so we've moved her to a Radian for the time being.)

:eek: Wow, she has tons of room, eh? I would! Plus, you could pass it down to the baby once he outgrows the Coccoro, since the limits are a bit higher. That should be quite a while anyway, and by then (assuming you have lots of time left before your Regent expires), you'll be ready to pass the Regent down to Ava. :D

Well, that's one scenario, anyway. :p
