Bargin hunters! Need help finding an infant seat.

I have a friend that wants an infant seat for her baby due early next year. Her budget is no more than $130. I want her to get something with at least a 30# limit on it. She would like something girly if possible. Any suggestions are welcome.

If she gives up on the girly I found a killer deal on the OnBoard 35 the other day (tallest shell and heighest weight limit on the market, pretty easy to use, has a lockoff I really like that seat.) It's tan though. LMK if you are interested...
