Recaro Parts~How to order?

I've been trying to order replacement foam for my RYS but they don't return emails apparently and I didn't see anything on their website. I don't have time to dink around on the phone so I'm trying to just do it online. Any ideas?? Thx! :D

you have to call. and the woman you talk to can be kind of an ass about it, too. if the seat is still under warranty they will send you new parts, but in our case since the seat was not under warranty they said i could not get new parts.

hope you have better luck than i did!
