Yes. I've heard others complain about snags, but we've never had a problem. I know it is a little late, but figured I would answer anyway :)

We have Galaxy GN's for DS and DD1 and they are mesh and do tend to snag but not horribly. Here's a close up picture of the fabric and you can see some of the snags in the fabric
