I've talked myself out of a Radian XTSL for the time being - due to cost difference with the My Ride 65 and I don't really need a new seat. It's to indulge my 4 year olds desire to RF with her twin sisters. And, hey, I have no problem with that!

But, the *problem* now arises as such... I want to purchase it local and save on shipping time (unless it is a HUGE difference).

I can buy a Patina Bloom from a locally owned business that I really respect - Segals for Children for $144 ($160 less 10% twin discount) OR purchase Sonata from BRU for $136 ($160 less 15% off coupon) and possibly be able to apply the $10 off that I have in a mail coupon .. I need to check the rules. But for now, I'm assuming a $136 price tag at BRU.

Segals is nearly 45 min from my home. BRU is less than 15 min.

Curious to hear what others would do...

if you don't want to pay shipping, I'd get site to store with walmart and get the alma.

But my first choice is the flair from target

(of your two choices, I'd go with the sonata)

I really like Flair too and nearly bought it the other day... DH gets a vote  and just wasn't into either Flair or Alma. And, since he is being great about my purchasing an 8th carseat (not including the 5 purchased and sold in the last year)... I'll take it easy on him

Love the "Sonata" but I think they're both beautiful! This is why I just buy seats to match my car...there's way too many pretty ones out there! I am about to cave and buy an "Aloha" for my Roundabout now that it's mainly my little sister in the car ...don't watch any boys now really.

I'd go with wherever you felt like driving to. They're both pretty. If you don't feel like being in a car for at least 1.5 hrs take the sonata.

Deal breaker won!

Thanks to a heads up in the coupon forum... I just purchased the Sonata online for $118 (free shipping) from BRU.

I voted Patina because the covers from BRU tend to not fit well and pop off the seat at the cupholders. I hope they've fixed them since our floor models were made, though!
