A girlfriend of mine, her husband made the decision before their son turned 3 to put him into a backless booster, because he met the weight requirement for one of 30 lbs . I've been talking with her about it since....she's seen the videos and read all the links....all the time her husband refused to look at anything and stood firm on his decision .

She had mentioned a couple of times to me (without her DH around) that she would like for him to be re-harnessed, she just doesn't feel safe with him in the car. When he rides with me, he rides harnessed in my DD's Recaro Como. The last time she mentioned this (we were outside at her place chatting), I told her she is more than welcome to put the Recaro in her vehicle.....she agreeded  and then her husband came out and made a comment that I was going to contaminate his wife about the carseat thing (she was looking at Madeline's Frontier when he said this).

Today after Madeline's speech therapy, we went over to her place. Her seatbelts require locking clips (93 Mitsubishi of some sort) and I didn't have any, so we loaded up in my Suburban.....(where I got to do 3 across RF'ing - pic below)....and went to BRU and bought one....

Got back to her place, put her MR65 back into her car, then put the Recaro in there.....I'm so happy she decided to take me up on the offer and was more than happy to help out!!!

Anyway, here's a pic of 3 across RF'ing....RNXT, MR65 & TFP

LOL yeah she does - those lips - sigh - I figure we'll lock her in a closet when she gets older and can really start to cause trouble!!!
