Eddie Bauer expiration?

My childcare worker asked me some questions about her "Eddie Bauer" car seat (that is at least 3 years old). How long they last, how to get the cover on, etc.

I'm going to stay late Thursday to try and work with her--she thinks she has the manual and is going to find it. But I'd appreciate any tips folks can give me

If it's the Alpha Omega 3-in-1, the expiration is 8 years. If it's the Enspira, or high back, the expiration is 6 years.

If its the alpha omega one, we have one and I have had some fights with that cover! My mom decided to wash all the car seat covers last time she had my girls and that was one of the seats she had and she called me saying some not so nice words... Of course she said getting it off wasn't as bad as getting it back on...
