Is it possible that the TF and the Ma have the same harness height installed in my car?

Liddie is 4, 43ish lbs. I took out the MA from my car a few days ago and put the TF in the same spot. Both seats were installed in the center of my 2000 taurus with seat belt and top tethered. With the MA, I installed it very upright and she has slightly less than one inch of harness height left in the torso. The TF is very naturally reclined. When I buckled her in today, I realized that she has the same harness height left in that seat as well.
Is there a way to gain torso height in a TF?

actually i'm not surprised at all. i don't own a TF but when i tested it out in the store the TF didn't give anymore room than the FPSVD that we have

When you install it I'd try pushing the seat back into the backseat, not just down. See if that puts it a little more upright, which should gain you torso space.
