Anyone else's stickers coming off thier RNXT? Mine are all brittle looking and are fine now, but they're not really sticking on well and are starting to flake off, it's the strangest thing.

Mine look strange too. Almost as though they have been rubbed with oil. It has only been installed in a car for
about 10 days since we
bought it. Otherwise it has been in our house. I was wondering about it just the other day.

I have a (40 pound RF) Radian 65 and my stickers are disintegrating. Only about 50% remain.

ETA: I also have an older Radian and the stickers are just fine on that seat.

I have that on a newer (40 RF) RN65. My old seats have nothing of the kind. I think their plant switched glues or something... This is a problem we have heard a lot of. I'd call and complain. I don't think they'll do anything but it doesn't hurt to complain, maybe they'll change the glue back.

I just contacted Russ about this earlier this week. He said to email him a pic of the problem and he would send out new stickers for me.

I'm having this problem with 3 out of 4 of mine. The one that isn't doing it is brand new so I imagine it will eventually do the same thing. Mine are almost completely off the seat.

Maybe we should send Russ a link to this thread. He was telling me it's weird that it was happening and that it's not a common thing. That someone must have not fully wiped off the chemicals from making the plastic or something like that, before putting the stickers on.

But it seems pretty common..

That's why I thought to ask here before I called or e-mailed. I wanted to see if anyone else was going through it. I never had this problem on my old 65, but it's every sticker on my XT and I just got it in April. I just really noticed it when I flipped Evan's seat back rfing since now I can see all the stickers on it.

Russ sent me a new seat, but the new one is starting to do it too. Granted, this one lasted MUCH longer than the old one did.

Yeah.. I was hoping for a replacement seat when I called, but he said that he only gave out replacements in the beginning because they wanted to see why it was happening. But now that they know.. the fix is as easy as sending out new stickers.. :(

Hmm both of my XTs are having this problem too. One of them there's barely any stickers left. I've called before but was pretty much told to deal with it. :(

Can someone help me file a complaint? I can select Radian, but then the only model is 10600, which is not the correct model number. Can't figure out how to put in my own model number.

That's what I'm seeing as well. I don't know if it has to be that specific (I mean, their info is already inaccurate as Radian isn't technically the make), but perhaps you should do it by phone during the week.

BY PHONE: Call the Hotline, Monday-Friday 8am to 8pm at
(888) 327-4236 , TTY: (800) 424-9153.

maybe it will help get their attention if you all call on Monday. ;)
