About a month ago, the adjuster knob broke on my seat. I sent it back and have been waiting anxiously for notice that it was on it's way back. I talked to Julie today for the second time and although she can't get in touch with quality control who is determining if the seat is under warranty, she has put in a claim to have a new seat sent to me!
I am so excited to get a new seat!!! I love the fact that their warranty includes replacement of any seat deemed defective, instead of just fixing it. I love that I get to start fresh with a seven year lifespan! Woohooo!!!
