The color is Carbon and I love the fabric As others have said before the differences are; new shoulder pads, upgraded lock-offs, and upgraded release bars for the latch connectors. Everything else seems to be the same. I really like how easy this seat is to install

Installed rf in 3rd row of Sedona
My 6y/o still fits, her shoulders are just slightly below the top harness slots. You can see that she only has a few inches left of harness

I would choose the XT over the Signo hands down in every situation except one, and that is if the Radian is not easily installed in your vehicle.

That really is what I am afraid of! The seat looks super nice though.
