3 day old in Combi Connection and Britax Roundabout

Here is Soren at three days old in her car seat and her sister's seat. I didn't actually buckle her in to the Roundabout, just took a comparison shot of where the slots were.
She was 7 pounds 4 oz at birth, but down to 6 lbs 11 oz when these pictures were taken. She is 20 inches long.
The lowest slots in the Connection are still just a smidge above her shoulders, nothing to be concerned about though. The chest clip is gigantic, but she actually fits very well in the seat and is quite comfy.

What a cutie...! That Combi Connection looks really comfy, especially with that padded crotch strap.

She's adorable.

I liked the Combi Tyro, and I like the Connection (though I've never installed either, just drooled over them, LOL). It looks comfy and roomy and the straps are really nice.

The RA's straps are pretty high above her shoulders.

Awwwwwwwwwwwww She is adorable! You could put a bow in that hair.

Are there another set of slots below where the harness is in the RA? It kind of looks that way. And if she was properly buckled in and not slouching as newborns generally do when vaguely upright, I could see the RA working for her.

Yeah, I didn't change anything, it's her sister's seat. It's forward facing too, so not reclined. It could have worked for her, but the infant seat is still better. I had to move the RA slots to the top after taking the picture though. Poor alice, the straps are by her ears!

She is sooo precious! Pardon my nosiness, but I missed it somewhere-- whose baby is Soren? Your SIL that just had the wreck is having a boy and still pg for a few weeks yet, right? (Doing well now, I hope!)

Her father was half an inch high and plastic. I don't think she looks anything like him.
