I got the tech XTSL I ordered and was putting it in FFing with LATCH. The right side clicked in just fine. The left side clicked exactly the same as the right, but when I tugged on it to tighten, it popped off. Put it back, click, same thing.
I found that if I really put my body weight into it, it would click a SECOND time and not pop off.
I'm not using it, installed with a seatbelt instead.
I called Russ and left a message.....but curious if anyone else had this issue? If not, double check your LATCH connectors. :thumbsup:
