Just bought my second Sunshine Kids Radian.

Not liking the price here in Canada, but loved our first so much that we replaced the Graco ComfortSport ds finally grew out of with a Radian80. I find them very easy to install, and it leaves some room for my other two children in the backseat. :D

ds is 2 months shy of 5. 38" tall, and 34 lbs so he'll be in these seats a long while. Why is it that they have a longer expiry vs other seats?

I hear ya on the price. I'm in Canada as well. I'm hoping to buy my girls the new Radian XTs in the new year. I'm not sure why they have a longer expiration. It could be because of the steel components. But really, I don't know:)

I like my Radians, but don't get much opportunity to use them. They don't work ff in my Tribute. Even when they seem tight side to side, they pull forward alot. I still get some rf use with Matthew. I'm curious what car do have that you find easy to install them in?

We have a 2000 Ford focus where is is behind the passenger seat, and a 2003 Intrepid in the centre. Neither moves at all.

Well worth the $$ for them though I think. :)
