Radian questions

I keep reading how the radian gets more reclined with use. I've been thinking of getting dd2 one to replace her marathon eventually. But I don't want to worry about having to reinstall it all the time to have a good angle.

The radian can be braced right? So if I get a good install, can't I brace it against the front passenger seat? Wouldn't that help keep the right angle? Or is that not allowed?

If it's going to be a headache, maybe I'll save up for a Multi Tech instead.

Thanks

It can be braced as long as the vehicle manufacturer does not disallow it.

However, you cannot use bracing to change the angle of the seat, no.

But you can use bracing to keep the seat cushions from compressing more over time (like what happened with me) or to keep the seat from reclining more when the weight of a child is added.

:yeahthat:
If you wrere to move the front seat forward, the Radian shouldn't move.

My problem is the vehicle seat compressing more. Maybe..... if I could brace the RN on the front seat (not allowed, but let's pretend), maybe the weight wouldn't be so much at the fold of the RN, and wouldn't compress the vehicle seat. Any thoughts on that?

I drive an 02 Chevy Venture so no fancy airbags. Right now I install her marathon and tether it, then slide the passenger seat back so they are touching. Marathon install is still solid over time if I move the passenger seat back up. So if I do the same w/radian, it would be okay? Thanks

Maybe I'll try to play with one somehow before I commit:p
