    Sliding Headrest

Anyone else experienced their HB turbo headrest mysteriously sliding down? This morning, I picked up the booster from my mom's house, sat A in it, checked the headrest height. Gave the booster to his friend's mom at drop off today. When she dropped him off, the headrest was all the way down. I readjusted it, and sat it aside. C was sitting in it reading a book, I look up and the headrest is slid all the way down. This has happened a couple of other times before, but I usually will chalk things up to user error the first, maybe second time. I also noticed that it is extremely hard to adjust while in the car...noticed that today actually. I know it isn't being abused at my parents house, it mostly sits in my mom's car for A to use 3 times a week and sometimes on weekends.

I think others have had the same problem. You could call Graco and complain.

    Re: Sliding Headrest

I did. Graco replaced the very top piece. Still sliding down, they replced the top and back. Still sliding down, I got a refund and bought a Vivo.
