RSTV

Getting ready to order a RSTV for my oldest son to be able to store in his backpack for days when the nanny/friend/etc. pick him up from school instead of him having to lug his HB turbo across the campus (and lose the back 50 times in the process). He measures for a large (well, he can technically fit the small, for like, the next month).

I can get the old style for $79 at Happy Mothers or the new style for $129. Anyone have any experience ordering from there? They will give free ground shipping right now too. The other sites listed on the RSTV page either have the old style large for $99 or none.

Thoughts? Opinions? Is the new one that much of an improvement over the old one?

ETA: Sorry, wrong forum. Please move.

I've used Happymothers.com before. I had no problems though communication was not good. Others have said they had bad experiences but I haven't personally.

I really like my old-style ones but I have been interested in getting my hands on a new-style one-- they look much more comfortable for summer heat, and lighter (though I will probably buy an old-style Large for when my daughter outgrows her Small, because she does so well in it behavior-wise.)
