I just turned my daughter ffing and am not up on the ffing car seat ways. I have a TF for her and am installing it in a 2006 dodge caravan. First thing I noticed is there is only one top tether anchor in this whole car! What is up with that!!?? but anyway, it's located off-center int the middle of the third row and thus it looks like this when I install the seat

is this ok? also can i use the LATCH clips still for ffing? There is also some space between the her seat and the bench seat and as much as i try I can't tighten it up anymore to be flush with the bench seat. is it ok to have a little gap? would it be worth it to take a trip to the hospital to have someone look at my install?
thanks for any help or tips you can give me :)

There are a minimum of three tether anchors in your car by law. :) Both of your second row seats have them, and the center seat in the third row does as well.

You can use the lower anchors up to your vehicle's weight limit or up to the seat's weight limit, whichever comes first. Dodge has a 48 pound limit.

A small gap at the back of the seat is okay. If you're not comfortable, have it checked by a tech. It's always a good idea to have your install checked by a tech when making any major changes (new vehicle, new carseat, turning a convertible around, etc). Make sure that whoever checks your seat is actually a current tech.

You have 2 complete LATCH systems, including top tether anchors, in your middle row. Do you have captains chairs? If so, you might not be recognizing the anchor for what it is.

yep the 2nd row is two captain chairs. Also our local hospital does have maternity nurses that are all CPST certified techs., or at least most of them are, so i'd be pretty comfortable with them checking it out. Thanks for the help!
