How do kids do with sleeping in the Regent?

My DS is on the third from the bottom strap height on his Nautilus and I had allways planned on getting a Regent for him at some point. But I am curious how kids do with sleeping in the Regent. It doesn't seem to have anywhere to rest the head.

Anyone have a pic I can see??

No pictures to share, but I recently drove 1800 miles with my kids and DD slept very easily in her Regent, the headwings are more subtle than other seats but they provide plenty of head support for sleeping. She routinely falls asleep in her seat.

She is about 46 inches tall (all leg) and I think on the 3rd harness slot.

thanks for posting this - I was curious. We got a Regent earlier this week, and dd hasn't had a long enough car trip to fall asleep in it yet.

Josef sleeps just fine in his Regent, as you can see :) Yes, the chest clip could be moved up, this is what happens to the placement though when Josef sleeps like this.

My picture of her croaked several computers ago, but my oldest fell asleep during her first ride in the Regent at age 4, and many times since then with no complaints. She's the type who would have let me know if she ever was uncomfortable. Think princess and the pea and you get the picture pretty much to describe her, very vocal if she's uncomfortable.

my boys are about 100 times more comfortable than they were in their FPSVDs. No head falling forward or any of that.

My daughter sleeps in her Regent all the time with no complaints. At the most, I'll just put a blanket or something next to her head to help it not lean as much.

Thanks everyone! I am happy to see that kids do well sleeping in the Regent. I only wish they werent discontinuing this seat. I plan on getting one for DS and then passing it down to DD but DD is only 9 months old so she will not even be 7 years old when it expires.

Thanks again!

DD bottom left. She's a slumper though. She's got head slump in every seat. :shrug-shoulders: Never complains though.

it depends on the kid, too... my boys were so comfy sleeping in them, but Ruthie was so uncomfortable with her head totally forward and even with a toddler coddler, she just never got comfy... that's why she got a Radian and then a Nautilus.
