So, baby is due any second and mom and dad just realized that the Chaperone won't fit in the back of dad's car. He has a 2002 SC2. I had an SC1 when Emily was born and never could get an infant seat in the back seat of mine (it was a 1993 and I wasn't educated on car seats so she rode in the passenger seat with no airbag).
Any advice? Tricks to try? Better seats? They are going to attempt to install it without a base, but Emily's seat had no base and it was a no-go.
