Most upright convertible seat when RFing??

What would be the most upright convertible seat for a 31lb 38in tall kiddo? Looking for something to RF behind an immobile capt chair that doesn't slide forward at ALL (even in most upright position the capt still hits the MA and makes it crooked).

Any ideas?

The Complete Air or True Fit are both pretty upright, I easily got the TF (Premier, costs a bit more, but has the anti rebound bar and that makes the harness easier to reach) in our Ford Escape with the driver's seat moved almost all the way back. And the Complete Air...well, look for any of KetchupQueen's posts, you can see her 5 year old rearfacing in a Corolla in it

I agree with the complete air. I have one RF in the third row of my dodge caravan with a bench in front of it. There is very little room between the two benches. When I sit in the rear bench my legs are squished between then, but I can still get the CA in there RF. My 3.5yr old is pictured in siggy in hers.

Yeah, the TF can only go up to 35 degrees upright but since the head part goes out and then straight up (instead of just out out out like all other seats, if that makes sense) it tends to make for more room in the front-to-back area. Dorel seats (I have an Uptown, so I'll say the CA since it seems SO similar) go 30 degrees and take up virtually NO room :)

I would also say Avenue or CA. We have an Uptown and even with it pretty upright for my almost 2yo I have 2 noodles under it. It could go more upright but it's in our travel vehicle and he often sleeps in it (and we have the room).
