I need to say something, but what to say?

I was reading a friends blog and notice her son's booster was not fitting him correctly at all, it's a turbobooster and the wings are REALLY low.

How far should I tell her to move them up?

The bottom of the red belt guides should be at least as high as his shoulder. He looks squished by the headwings, poor guy.

Her daughter's harness looks like it needs to be moved up as well.

you might want to check and see if she has the screws in next time you talk to her as well .
