In Search Of a baby hat

I'm having a hard time finding a hat for my baby that covers his forehead and ears and stays on his head. His head circumference is about 15", but I'm sure it will keep growing fast. I like the looks of the winter pilot's caps from Hanna Anderson but don't want to pay $22 +shipping.

Anyone have anything?

Thanks

He's 3 months. The old navy one might work. Smallest size says 18". Nearest ON is 2.5 hrs. Might be making a trip there though - it would give me a lot of stores to check. We don't have anything good here.

Thanks - I'll hit up TCP too when I go :) I've really been needing a day out w/o kids - baby will come of course. I found one and altered it to stay on his head (making the strap actually touch his chin), but it still fits too high - goofy:p

We used the Old Navy ones for DS last year and liked them. The only issue I could think of with a baby is getting the strap to stay under their chin. They're a bit thin but DS usually had a hood over it anyway.

We have used the Old Navy ones and Columbia ones! The Columbia ones are amazing! We have used a few from Gymbo to, but they fell apart right away!

I'm having the same problem!! Old Navy USED to make them 0-3, 3-6, etc. But now they only have XS + I wish I could find my old 0-3 one. :(

The reviews I read said the XS is still huge on her 6 month old.

DD's head is 15.5"

Maybe we'll hit up old navy/TCP today and take some pictures for you. I made a trip to ON a few weeks ago and they didn't even HAVE those hats yet. Maybe the other store will have them today.

I'm planning a trip to Hanna Andersson probably on Friday. If you want to give me a max spending limit, maybe they will have some winter pilot caps on sale or something and I could grab one for you. You never know.
