Question Anyone waiting for a Graco Cover Order or Replacement?

So back in JULY I wrote Graco to tell them that my harness adjuster on my Nautilus was fraying. In about a week they send me a new base/harness. At the same time I told them that the cover - one of the mesh ones - was fraying badly after only 1 month of use by where DS's back is, and they said to pick any other cover I wanted and they would send me the replacement. I picked the Wilkes. I still haven't gotten it yet.

I wrote them back in September, and they said they would be getting them in by the end of September the latest. I haven't heard anything else.

Anyone else waiting?

I requested my MyRide cover about a week and a half ago, after the crotch strap hole was ripping. It showed up on my doorstep today.

I'd contact them to see if they're going to send it or if you need to re-order it.

It may be on back order and in which case it may be up to 6-8wks wait time.
