Can I use this stroller for a newborn?

also which one would you recommend
I need one that can be used from birth to toddler
price range less than $200 or $200ish

I personally dont see why not. i own this stroller and i love it.
It reclines almost flat which is fine for a newborn.
you can use one of those newborn positioners to make a better fit.
I like that the leg rest adjusts.

it doesnt have a very big sunshade but i use one of those add on shades and it works great when needed.

if yes then which stroller will be OK for an infant without car seat?

I really like BJCity Mini single. but They cost around $250 here in canada. Plust taxes, it would be around $280..
I would rather get something as great for less if I could.
