I'm considering putting my ds in a ffing radian on the driver's side in the third row of my sienna. It would puzzle nicely with a rfing radian in the middle. That way, a child could buckle their booster. There is no tether anchor for the driver's side in the third row. Would you be comfortable with an untethered radian with a 45+ pound child in it?

Totally. I bought it just because I felt comfortable leaving it untethered. I tether when I can, but don't stress when I can't.

Is there a tether in the middle of the third row? Could you put the FF one in the middle and the RF one on the driver's side?

I don't stress over it in cars where there are no tether anchors-- or other children are already using all the tether anchors there are.

However, I prefer to tether when I can. If there is a way to arrange the seats that lets you tether instead, I'd choose that.
