Questions about BJCED

What kind of questions would one ask about a CL BJCED? I won't be picking it up in person should I decide to get it (my brother would be) so I am not sure what I should be asking to get a feel for what it is like. http://sandiego.craigslist.org/nsd/bab/1413723360.html is that a good deal? It seems to have a squared hood, does that mean it is an older model? Does a newer one have measurably better specs (specifically in seat back height usability)? My brother is fully competent to ask a Q or two or to know what would rule out getting it if he showed up and xyz was broken/missing etc. if I told him but I'd like to get a feel before hand of course, asking the weeding out Q's.

Thanks! Placenta and stress have eaten my brain cells.

ETA: Is this not an Elite and a poster actually posting a classic??? That is what it looks like to me....

Okay, now don't anyone go snatching it from me while I work out the details ;). I have to have my bro p/u tomorrow as he is headed down that way.

I'd buy it in a heartbeat. If it is unavailable, there are a few for $375ish on [ame="http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001H117GW/ref=asc_df_B001H117GW936602?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&tag=googlecom09c9-20&linkCode=asn&creative=380341&creativeASIN=B001H117GW"]Amazon[/ame] depending on the color.

I wouldn't buy it unless they were willing to come down in price quite a bit. That is NOT an Elite, but rather an older Classic.

That is the old style shade, and it appears it doesn't have the 3 canopy design which gives the child maximum sun protection.

The NEWER design classic can be had for $370 on Amazon.
