Where to find Peg infant seat base latch?

We just had our second and dug up our Peg infant carrier and base, but noticed the latch belt is missing! Yikes! We've searched everywhere and just can't find it anywhere. Now we're trying to see where we can get a replacement without buying another base, does anyone know where to get something like that?
