I'm guessing this would fit a 3 mth old best? The tag says 0-12 mths. From the top of the shoulder to the bottom is 17 inches.

From the Disney Store. Full disclosure: the sleeves have small snags in parts because of the material, the liner underneath is fuzzy on the bottom as seen in the one picture, but the top covers it as seen in the other picture.
