Transport Canada has issued a Consumer Information Notice in response to the recent Consumer Reports testing on child restraints.

good for them. i have never trusted CR, and i consider it shameful that they would make public their shocking findings without releasing their testing protocols. IMHO they have no credibility unless they can account for their results.
